A.Rajan is ex-Grouo Head and Head of Operations at HDFC Bank and ex- Chairman of ADFC - one of the most profitable banks globally that has achieved a benchmark growth rate since inception. He was a part of the core management team that founded HDFC Bank. He provided strategic and operational leadership to all the Bank's business divisions like Corporate banking, Retail banking, Treasury, DP/Custodial Services, Credit Card Division, etc. He was a part of the core founder-member team which set up the Bank from its inception.
Prior to joining HDFC Bank, he was serving as the Head of Operations of Bank of America in India.
He has nearly 34 years of experience in international and domestic banking operations. After working in foreign banks in Indonesia and Oman, he was the chief executive officer of Flexcel International Private Ltd for three years.

SURESH PRABHU
Suresh leads the Financial Services consulting arm of Parikar and is responsible for Parikar's engagement strategy in the Banking and Financial Services Industries. With over 40 years in Banking, Suresh comes with a deep understanding and experience of banking. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Treasury and Risk at HDFC bank and was responsible for the creation and supervision of the investment portfolio and assets and liabilities policy of the bank. He led the Bank's efforts in the identification and monitoring of credit risk activities undertaken by the Treasury and the valuation of financial instruments held in the bank's portfolio.
Suresh's leadership experience includes retail and wholesale banking, trade operations and treasury.
VIPUL VERMA
Vipul has responsibility for Parikar's consulting strategy in the Services Industry. He has over 12 years of experience in multiple services industries including Hospitality, Healthcare, and Financial Services, IT/ ITeS, Construction, Developmental Agencies and Government Services.
Vipul has significant consulting and industry experience and has been associated with 2 of the Big 4 consulting firms. He has also worked at General Electric and Fidelity Investments in various management roles.
Vipul has led large projects on revenue enhancement, transformation, strategic planning and implementation. His expertise lies in operating model redesign, revenue enhancement, process excellence, strategic planning and implementation and change management. Vipul received a Bachelors' degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
